With development potential towards Odoo Development
We are a growing startup that uses Odoo ERP as the central system for our business processes. Our goal is to make our company completely transparent, data-driven, and measurable – from operations and finance to performance indicators. To achieve this, we are looking for a motivated individual to join us as a Business Intelligence Intern, someone who wants to build a solid BI foundation in Odoo – with the opportunity to later expand it with modern tools like Microsoft Fabric.

Your mission
Your main task is to make our business visible through data.
You will develop and implement BI solutions directly in Odoo and help us understand what's really happening in our company. Once the foundation is in place, you will be responsible for maintaining and further developing the BI infrastructure and will gradually have the opportunity to participate in Odoo development projects.
This role is ideal for you if you enjoy working with data, structure, and understanding ERP systems in real-world business situations.

Your tasks

Business Intelligence & Analytics

• Analysis of existing Odoo data models (Sales, Inventory, Finance, Operations)
• Building dashboards, KPIs and reports within Odoo
• Co-definition of what "good data" means to us
• Supporting management with clear, actionable insights
• Optional: Examination of integration or extension options with Microsoft Fabric (depending on skill level)

Maintenance & Optimization

• Maintenance and further development of BI dashboards and reports
• Improvement of data quality and reporting logic
• Documentation of BI concepts and data flows

Development perspective: Odoo Development

• Gradual integration into Odoo ERP development projects
• Learning Python, Odoo ORM and module customization
• Support for internal improvements beyond BI (automations, minor features, process optimizations)

Your profile

Must-have

• Interest in data analysis, BI and business processes
• Basic understanding of databases, data structures, or analytics
• Curiosity about ERP systems and business processes
• Structured, analytical thinking
• Motivation to take responsibility and to learn.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with Odoo, BI tools or ERP systems
• Knowledge of SQL, Python or Power BI
• Interest in Microsoft Fabric
• Startup mindset and a joy in discovering new things

Workplace:
Our shop is in Pfäffikon ZH, and we have three shop-in-shop locations at the Opéra venues in Lucerne, Baden, and Basel. The festivals are spread across Switzerland and Europe, including Germany, Austria, France, Poland, and Croatia.

Start:
immediately/as soon as possible

Workload:
Hourly wage, 10-20%

Your area of responsibility
- Support in Dancing Queens Shop in Pfäffikon ZH and independent customer consultation on Saturdays, possibly on weekday evenings and/or on 1-2 half days per week for holiday cover (at least 1 Saturday per month)

- Accompanying us to dance/fitness festivals at home and abroad and selling our product range - usually from Friday to Sunday or Monday. We'd be happy if you could join us at 2-3 festivals per year.

Your profile:
- Completed apprenticeship and/or currently studying

- All-rounder with a hands-on mentality and enthusiasm for a start-up

- Independent and highly self-motivated, communicative

- Prior sales experience is an advantage

- Fluent German and English, French, Italian or any other language is an advantage

- A passion for the dance scene is an advantage
