We operate an innovative online store for high-quality dance shoes and equipment and are currently building a modern IT infrastructure that matches our creative spirit.

We are looking for a young, dynamic code crackerwho loves challenges, appreciates freedom and wants to have a real impact. Someone who wants to help shape how a fast-growing startup builds its technical backbone - from automation and monitoring to AI-powered optimization.

Your tasks

• Development and maintenance of a self-monitoring and automated IT system
• Development of "watcher" systems that monitor repositories and identify potential for improvement based on changelogs of various APIs
• Collaboration on the development of an AI-supported optimization agent to improve technical workflows
• Responsibility for the maintenance and monitoring of our repositories
• Close cooperation with the founders and external developers - your opinion counts in strategic and trend-setting decisions

Your profile

• Sound experience with the Shopify API (REST & GraphQL)
• Practical knowledge of the Odoo ERP system, especially in the development of own Python modules within the Odoo framework
• (Bonus) Experience with the JTL FFN API - Python-based and nice to have
• Curiosity, initiative and the drive to develop smart systems - not just write code

Place of work:
Our store is in Pfäffikon ZH and we have three stores at the Opéra locations in Lucerne, Baden and Basel. The festivals are spread throughout Switzerland and Europe, including Germany, Austria, France, Poland and Croatia.

Workload:
Hourly wage, 10-20%

Your area of responsibility
- Support in the Dancing Queens Store in Pfäffikon ZH and independent advice to customers on Saturdays, possibly during the week in the evening and/or on 1-2 half days per week for vacation replacements (at least 1 Saturday per month)

- Accompanying us to dance/fitness festivals at home and abroad and selling our product range - usually Friday to Sunday or Monday. If you accompany us to 2-3 festivals per year, we will be happy.

- Many other great tasks that match your profile if you feel like it - there's plenty of work to do

Your profile:
- Completed apprenticeship and / or studying

- All-rounder with hands-on mentality and enjoyment of a start-up

- Independent and highly proactive, communicative

- First experience in sales is an advantage

- Fluent in German and English, French, Italian or any other language an advantage

- A passion for the dance scene is an advantage
