Dancing Queens Event Competition

1. Organizer of the raffle: The raffle is organized by Dancing Queens AG, Pilatusstr. 30, CH-8330 Pfäffikon

2. Eligibility to participate: Persons aged 18 and over who are resident in Europe are eligible to take part. Employees of the organizer and their family members are excluded from participation.

3. Entry period: The prize draw begins according to the respective post on Instagram/Facebook or 1 week after participation in a respective event at which the competition cards were distributed. Later entries will not be considered.

4. Entry requirements: To take part in the prize draw, participants must complete the steps in the respective post or fill out the competition card in full.

5. Determination of winners and notification: Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entrants. The winner will be notified by direct message on Instagram/Facebook or by email. To accept the prize, the winner must respond within 5 days of notification and provide the required information.

6. Prize: The exact prize will be announced in the prize draw post on Instagram/Facebook or in the competition flyer. A cash payment or transfer of the prize is not possible. The organizer reserves the right to exchange the prize for a prize of equal value if the announced prize is not available.

7. Data protection: The personal data collected as part of the prize draw will be used by Dancing Queens for the purposes of the prize draw and marketing measures and will be treated in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. The data will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary for the processing of the prize draw.

8. Legal recourse: Legal recourse is excluded.

9. Miscellaneous: The organizer reserves the right to exclude participants from the prize draw in the event of a breach of these conditions of participation or to terminate or change the prize draw prematurely if necessary.
