Gift vouchers are sent by e-mail and contain brief instructions on how to redeem them at checkout.
We do not charge any additional processing fees for our gift vouchers.

For deliveries to Switzerland the shipping costs are CHF 7.90.

For deliveries to Germany and the EU, shipping costs are EUR 4.90.

From an order value of CHF/EUR 150, shipping is free of charge.

In the event of an exchange, we will also take care of shipping to you - you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

For all other countries, the shipping costs vary depending on the destination country and customs duties. The exact costs are displayed in the checkout.

Returns are possible within 30 days of receipt if the item is unworn and unused.
