The Backyard Brussel offers weekly classes in salsa, bachata and kizomba, as well as monthly salsa get-togethers with live music and international artists.
The founder of The Backyard School, Talal, opened The Backyard in 2021 as a venue and cultural center. Talal has been teaching salsa, leading workshops and performing internationally throughout Europe, Asia and Africa for over 20 years.
The focus of the Backyard lessons is on individual feedback, as well as teaching basic techniques and styling. The focus is on quality, authenticity and, of course, fun. The Backyard has something for everyone. Whether you are an artist, dancer or simply someone who enjoys artistic and cultural experiences.
