Dance and movement have been an integral part of Sophie's life since childhood. For several years, she has been exploring the diverse facets and subtleties of bodily expression in motion, that is, the dancing body.
At the age of 24, she began to dedicate herself intensively to movement and the art of dance. This passion became not only a profession for her, but also a profound life's work, characterized by commitment and devotion.
Her two guiding principles are contemporary dance and Cuban salsa. In her work, she remains in a state of constant research, imbued with the power of the creative process and always connected to a respectful awareness of the dancing body.
