Sophie, what moved you the most?

But surely there were also difficult moments?

"Our international growth in 2024 was so strong that, for various reasons, we felt compelled to centralize our warehouse in Germany to guarantee optimal stock availability for the entire EU and Switzerland and to keep our costs under control. Previously, it regularly happened that a customer order was shipped from three different warehouses, which was simply unsustainable. This was something we had to address with..." a lot of heartbreak connected, as we had a great collaboration with the Oeschger packaging service in Wettingen, which some of you have certainly visited during one of our warehouse sales."
Bettina adds: "There were tears in other places too.
